The decision to reimagine our academic offerings was made after a thorough review of the university’s academic offerings with a focus on promoting our students’ success and academic excellence, meeting market needs and creating long-term financial sustainability. We are committed to supporting our students through this transition to ensure they achieve their academic and personal goals.
91³ÉÈËAV remains fully accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges. All of the programs that are being taught out remain fully accredited by their respective bodies.
We do not expect significant impacts to class sizes as a result of these decisions. We will continue to deliver the high-quality, high-engagement experience that defines 91³ÉÈËAV and prepares students for meaningful careers in their chosen fields.
As a result of these updated academic offerings, 40 faculty are being separated this week. Impacted faculty are being supported by the Office of People and Culture with severance packages and a suite of other resources. We are fully committed to supporting them through this transition.
